ML Data Factory is a local-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information, video footage, or usage statistics to any external servers.

2. Data Handling

• Local Processing: All video trimming, dataset packaging, and metadata generation occur entirely on your device. Your media files and processed datasets never leave your possession.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Data Sharing: Because we do not collect or store your data, we have no data to share with third parties.

3. Device Permissions

The app requests access to your Photos library and local Files strictly to allow you to select and process your own media. We do not access, store, or monitor any files beyond those you explicitly select for processing within the app.
